MAP OF THE GRANDSTANDS

The Yas Marina Circuit features a variety of grandstands for spectators to choose from, each providing a distinct view and experience of the race. All grandstands have a large TV screen and most of them are covered. 

General Admission (GA) tickets are also available at the circuit. GA tickets grant spectators access to a reserved area without assigned seating. Note that these tickets are usually cheaper than standard tickets.

Grandstand Main

The Main Grandstand, situated along the inside of the main straight, offers an exceptional view of the pre-race grid preparations, the exhilarating start of the race, and the moment the winner crosses the finish line and celebrates on the podium. Ideal for speed enthusiasts, this spot allows you to watch the cars accelerate out of the final right-hand turn and speed past at nearly 300 km/h. The combination of high speeds and the thunderous roar of the engines makes this grandstand a truly spectacular vantage point.

Grandstand Marina

Perched atop the Support Pit Building, this vantage point offers a brilliant view of a large swath of the circuit, including key turns around the Marina. It's an excellent spot to catch some of the race's most thrilling moments. Additionally, its proximity to the harbour allows you to enjoy views of a variety of yachts.

Grandstand Nord

The North Grandstand, encircling the hairpin at Turn 7, is a fantastic spot to experience an F1 race. From here, spectators can enjoy an expansive panoramic view that stretches up to Turn 3, follows the curve leading to the chicane at Turns 5 and 6, and includes the hairpin as well as the lengthy straight that follows it. This grandstand offers a prime location to appreciate every facet of an F1 car's impressive capabilities, from navigating high-speed corners and executing hard brakes to manoeuvring through technical low-speed turns and accelerating to full speed.

Grandstand South

The South Grandstand runs along the braking zone at the end of the high-speed straight that slices through the scenic Marina area. This location is perfect for observing a critical section of the circuit, notorious for dramatic overtaking manoeuvres. From this vantage point, you can watch the cars navigate through the Turn 11 chicane and then accelerate sharply out of Turn 14.

Grandstand West

The West Grandstand surrounds Turns 6 and 7 and provides a direct view of the cars racing down the long straight in the first sector. This grandstand offers the best place to watch Formula 1 cars slowing sharply into Turn 6, a common area for overtaking, especially in the early laps.

From Abu Dhabi Hill, located behind the main grandstand, you have a view of several turns of the circuit, as well as the back straight (depending on where you are within the designated area). There's also a large screen so you'll have a good view of what's happening on the track.
