If you want to travel within the United Arab Emirates by public transport, we recommend using the following connections:

Buses

The journey from Dubai to the heart of Abu Dhabi spans approximately 120 kilometres and typically takes around 2 hours by bus under normal traffic conditions. Buses depart from Dubai's Al Ghubaiba Bus Station, accessible by taxi roughly 20 minutes from the airport, or by utilising the metro to reach Al Ghubaiba station.

For those heading to Abu Dhabi, bus number 102 travels near Yas Island on its route to the main bus terminal in the city, offering a convenient option at a cost of 15 AED per trip with departures approximately every 40 minutes.

From Abu Dhabi, you can board bus number 190 to reach Yas Island where F1 Grand Prix take place

Shuttle

If you are in the vicinity of the circuit, we recommend using the shuttle (called Circuit Circular shuttle).

'The Circular shuttle has the following stops: Yas Waterworld, Yas Plaza Hotels, Marina Grandstand, South Grandstand, West/Main Grandstand, North Grandstand, YAS Mall Tryano Entrance, YAS Mall (general parking).
